武器をフォークとスプーンに代えて。爆弾をメープルシロップやマーブルチョコに代えて。
戦争してる偉い人たち、お互いの国のおいしいスイーツを食べあえば仲直りするかも。
作品のテーマは「平和で不思議な世界」です。
世界が寝静まる頃。人間も、動物、花、樹木、機械も全てが寝静まった時間。それはとても静寂で平和な時間。現実の延長なのか、夢の中なのか。どちらとも区別が付かない世界。スイーツの上で戦っている（遊んでいる？）小さな兵士たちを描いた「Sweets　Soldier」（スイーツソルジャー）シリーズになります。このシリーズを作るきっかけは、ロシアのウクライナ侵攻や新型コロナによる行動制限など、暗くて辛いニュースが続いた時期に、子供たちが少しでも笑顔になれるようなかわいくて元気の出るモチーフはないかと考えていたところ、「兵士」と「スイーツ」という相対する組み合わせ（戦争と平和）におもしろさを感じ、現在に至っています。
世界が平和になればという気持ちで制作しています。
主な技法は、木製パネルにアクリル絵具、一部和紙等を使用することで立体感や温かみのあるマチエールにしています。
照明の当て方で絵の雰囲気がガラリと変わるところにもご注目ください。
観た人の心がほんのり温まる気持ちになってもらえれば幸いです。

The theme of the work is "a peaceful and mysterious world".
When the world goes to sleep The time when humans, animals, flowers, trees, and machines are all asleep. It was a very quiet and peaceful time. Is it an extension of reality, or is it in a dream? A world indistinguishable from each other. The "Sweets Soldier" series depicts small soldiers fighting (playing?) on sweets. The impetus for creating this series was the idea of a cute and cheerful motif that would make children smile even a little during the dark and painful news such as Russia's invasion of Ukraine and movement restrictions due to the new coronavirus. At one point, I found the contrasting combination of "soldier" and "sweets" (war and peace) interesting, and that's where I am today.
I'm making it with the feeling that the world will be peaceful.
The main technique is to use acrylic paints on wooden panels and partly Japanese paper to create a three-dimensional and warm material.
Please also pay attention to how the atmosphere of the painting changes completely depending on how the lighting is applied.
